All of our Bedroom Headboards are shipped once your payment has been confirmed. We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address with confirmation of payment and delivery dates for your headboard

All our shipping is FREE of charge for all of our products in England and Wales.

For Scotland, Ireland and the British Isles a delivery charge is appilcable please contact us for more information

We ship to the UK mainland and surrounding British Isles. For international shipping please contact us.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are excepted within 14 days of delivery, if the headboard is in new condition and in original packaging. Bedroom Headboards have our own courier who is happy to collect from you under the following terms:

If you are returning an item on minor fault, for example a chip in a strut then we dont except returns or exchanges however if you are really not happy we will exchange with an extra fee.

If the item has a major fault on delivery, for example the material is ripped, then we will happily exchange the product with no cost, providing we can prove it was not yourself who made the fault. We check all are headboards are in perfect condition before we send them so any major fault is from the courier or yourselves so i suggest when you sign you state the item was unchecked.

If there is no fault, however you decide you would like to change the size/shape/colour then Bedroom Headboards will happily do this for a fee.
